David Green
David Green established his present consultancy, David J. Green and Associates Pty Ltd, in 1994. He offers a wide range of organizational development services and programs, focusing on corporate culture, leadership and interpersonal development, team working and executive coaching. He also has interests in HRD strategy, change and transition, action learning, facilitation, performance management, and senior manager selection. He is a certified Master Practitioner in NLP, and is credentialed in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, EIR, Herrmann Brian Dominance Instrument, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, and Buzan Licensed Instruction.
A key focus is in working with clients to create unique designs for the generation of real learning and change, which managers can put into practice in their workplaces. A key methodology is that of a human systems approach to organizational development, drawing on 'new science' theory and its systems metaphors. This approach focuses particularly on assisting managers and staffs to learn how to create and sustain the enabling conditions for high performance and flexibility, by working with, rather than avoiding, the living human dynamics which underlie their organizations and teams.
